Driftwood Blend

Driftwood Specialty Blend is a mix of selected Ethiopian and Brazil beans, which will extract a sweet balance of acidity and bitterness when used at a high temperature from a kettle over fire or electronic. In office, the use of a hot water dispenser (predicted 86c) is also good with a more dark chocolate flavour output. Both have a medium heavy body which is great if you want a bold cup of coffee with some kick.

How to brew a drip bag coffee

The easy way:

  1. Tear open the package, pull out the coffee sachet.
  2. Tear the top of the sachet open. Be careful not to spill any coffee powder and keep the sachet upright.
  3. Pull the wings of the sachet and hook them over a cup.
  4. Pour hot water into the sachet until the water reaches the top of the sachet. Wait till all flows down, and then do this again one more time.
  5. Safely remove the sachet and enjoy your coffee straight from your cup!

The expert way:

  1. Tear open the package, pull out the coffee sachet.
  2. Tear the top of the sachet open. Be careful not to spill any coffee powder and keep the sachet upright.
  3. Pull the wings of the sachet and hook them over a cup.
  4. Place your cup over a weighing scale / coffee scale
  5. Pour hot water over the bed of the coffee powder and wait fo 30 seconds.
  6. After 30 seconds, continue to pour the hot water into the sachet in a circular motion. Try to achieve 125g of extracted coffee if youre using boiling hot water, or 100g if youre using a hot water dispenser.
  7. Safely remove the sachet and enjoy your coffee straight from your cup!
